7. Transfers Outside Quebec and Canada
Some of our service providers host data in the United States. Before any such transfer, we conduct a Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) as required by Quebec Law 25. Data processing agreements (DPAs) with contractual privacy protections are in place with each provider. We limit transfers to what is strictly necessary to provide the service.

- Encrypted backups: up to 30 days after logical deletion.
9. Security
We use TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Access to personal data is limited to personnel and contractors who need it, following the principle of least privilege. We monitor for anomalies and respond promptly to incidents. No online service is perfectly secure, but we continuously work to reduce risk.

- Withdrawal of consent — withdraw consent for future processing.

12. Changes to This Policy
We provide 30 days' notice by email for material changes to this policy. The date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
